There shouldn't be much in the way of traffic, so 9 AM departure from the Vatican would put you at UC pretty close to 9:20.

I know 25' tape measures are recommended.  I've got a 20 and 25'.  Should I make a point of getting a second 25'?

Probably wouldn't be the worst idea in the world.

The only mech that needs a 25' tape measure is Steve's LAM. Everything else only needs a 15' tape measure. ER PPCs reach out to 13.5 feet.

Don't worry about buying an additional 25'.  I will be bringing mine.  I also have a 12 if I can find it.

Jon, I'm going to call the surveyor position, given that means I won't have to walk up and down the goddamn hills everywhere to unload stuff and I'm the next-most familiar with the map setup.

I'll second the no walking up and down the #$%^&* hills thing.

I will work on the buildings [civil engineering].  Scissors and tape work for me.

I should also note that we will be able to get the vehicles relatively close and maybe directly outside, so the whole I hate hills thing should be less of a problem once you get to the building.

Dan, some have expressed interest in livestreams of the game. What would we need to get that going? I expect computers and wifi access. Cameras will be interesting, the webcam I have and the ones on the laptops I'd use are going to be very wide angle and not very suitable for the distances for this game. Any ideas?

Earlier today some testing was done to provide streaming via Twitch.  So far, this looks very promising and should have more information tomorrow.
