OK, line-by-line complete.

There are several holes in the TO&E which need to be filled in, and there's a fair number of lances which are clearly not up to date.  For example, Phoenix Lance is still only a 2-person lance, though a heavy mech pilot was generated the other night (and the Malthus's name isn't filled in).  Daniel Vincent has no Mech Type.  Several names are in red (Jannet Birnie, in the admin section, for example) and I don't know why.

We're going to figure out everything until the end of August, and then everyone is going to post a complete TO&E breakdown of their lance, again, so I can get everything on track.  Remember, if your experience levels are off, that messes with salaries, which messes with total pay.

well it was going to be but even if I hadnt dropped the gunnery pilot to 3/3 i wouldve had to leave it at like 5/5 or worse to hit everything where it needed to be .... rolls were not entirely in my favor at all but it came out ok
