Nah, I needed the new PC to get some XP on this.  I'm going to be dropping a TON of XP on SPAs.  I *really* want Melee Master+Zweihander+Slugger so I can deal 30 damage, twice, on the Punch Table, and still fire all torso-mounted weapons.

To be honest, I completely forgot about the location restrictions...but when I went back and looked over the rules, I can only find the location restrictions in regards to starting a new character (that is, you can't customize a character from a state with gear not available to that state)...so I guess I took them out in an earlier revision and forgot about it.

So, yeah, location restrictons are gone, I guess.
