Repair/Custom Calculator

For those that use my Repair/Custom Excel calculator, I have rechecked the numbers and found the armor mod off by 1. I fixed it and added, in the repair drop down, choices for the repair clarifications that have been added in the "Have Mech, Will Travel Rules, Version 5" thread. Attached is the new Repair/Custom Excel calculator.
