Ok, here's the guide on how to handle this, since CGL cannot into readable examples.  Consider this the way we'll run things going forward, unless or until another major errata is released.

I recommend opening the image in a new tab, since I can't resize it on my phone at work.  Printing a copy and having it at game is probably a good idea.
