Vet forces are so expensive, running into the same issues with Airborne. It's hard to get those order dice numbers up. Nice list.

can you actually do nco plus 12 ? I thought it was capped at 12 men total including nco

Cool!  Only issue I see straight off is that you have a Captain as a officer.  You'd need to take an LT(first or second), and then you'd have a captain visiting the platoon as an additional HQ squad, same as taking a medic or forward observer.

US Marine Squad (Mid-/Late-War) - 13 max

Okay, vet lt it is. If I have to take both, rather than this being a rump company command, then I'll go lt and soak the points elsewhere.
