We are going to lay a few ground rules for personnel purchases for early game.
1. Pilots: free game in market for those who want them
2. Techs: Those in scout without an elite tech get top priority, then those who do not have elite will have priority, veteran and lower is free game.
3. Doctors: Those who already have an elite doctor will have to wait.
All these are exempted if people pass them up on first pass.

Folders for custom mechs have been added for the new campaign. I repurposed/renamed the previous custom folder on my Google Drive for it, so everyone should still have access. Here's the link:

I've updated the reinforcement times for several lances so far and happy to get everyone else's entries up to date. As a reminder, 12 - slowest walk speed - Strategy -1 if all mechs deployed jump. No faster than Turn 2 in any case.

I can get in as early as turn 4 or turn 5 with Dire.

Fury Lance deploys Turn 4, not Turn 5.
12 -3 (strategy) -4 (slowest Mech) - 1 (jump) = 4.

Swapping the Marauder for the Stealth and reconfiguring the Cauldron-Born, I can also do a Turn 3 Reinforcement time, though primarily as a Scout. In that case, the EJ likely moves from close in brawler (5 SRM-6) to more fire support/sniper.

Paladin now has a 3 turn reinforce option through hankyu nova nova lam, as a scout lance.
4 turn deployment is still Mad II, Gallowglas, and usually twinned Novas
