Yes.  That's the Introtech Quickdraw, with a base price of a bit over 5 mil, so being around 4 mil at 85% of retail seems about correct.

I think I asked before and your answer was yes, so long it was in a TRO, but I will ask again anyway.
If I purchase the Crusader and refit it to a variant that was released in an Ilclan that was published after .48 was released, can I purchase it?
It will be the 6D from IlClan 17
