Whelp I did this and immediately realized that I misread how Heat sinks work for this and that I can buy in bulk. Not that it would have mattered with how many of those rolls I failed. Ah well lessons learned.

I realize I mis typed in the roll modifier for the Streak-SRM 2 ammo so I guess I'm paying 81k for that, not the listed 54. RIP.
