Title: Upgrading abiities

Brett, is it possible to train up abilities such as perception while on the adventure, or do we need to wait until we hit the city?

Per RAW attributes can be raised at any time.

I'll have Brett make a ruling.

You can raise abilities at any time between sessions. Feel free to raise perception.
