All, I will be late to the game, as I have another church council meeting that will last until about noon.  (I really hope it lasts until noon, and doesn't go longer.)

So, here's the trick.  I've got a company holdiay party the night before, and I feel kinda obligated to attend.  I'm still putting together things to have my campaign start on the 7th, but I don't know if I'll be down to cincy.  I'd be fine if someone wants to proxy gm it, or if we want to hold off till next year thats probably the more reasonable plan.

I'd look at that and recommend starting in the new year.

If you want to start in January, we can finish the trials on the 7th.

The 7th is starting to look pretty iffy for me, so I'm fine with starting in January.

Sorry for going quiet again.  My campaign will start in January.
