Gurdel spends 150xp to become sniper.
[Gurdel gets 10% discount for fast learner--Sniper costs 135.  Also, must have Good Vision before Sniper kicks in.  You may buy sniper now but you CANNOT use it until you buy Good Vision [100-10%=90].  Please let me know how you want to do this.]

Kabrinsky spends 150xp to become sniper.

Gurdel will spend the 90xp for Good Vision, leaving him 80xp. Sorry for missing the good vision qualification.

i don't think Ivan Kumar used any edge but if he did he uses exp to refresh it.
