ALL PLAYERS ADVANCE CALENDARS TO 1 SEPTEMBER, MAKE ALL NECESSARY SALARY/MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS.
BRIGHT LANCE IS OFFICIALLY ADDED TO THE NUMENOREAN RANGERS. Bright Lance may request hiring personnel/buying units from the 1 September Marketplace as normal.
Bright Lance has two Mech Techs (Dave Mattingly [Veteran]; Wade Boggs [Regular]) added to their lance roster. Bright Lance is now solely responsible for thier own upkeep.
Each PC adds normal monthly disbursements to their warehouse.

also what impact would the elite HR have exactly at this point since we have one already? Would it terminate the contract of the other veteran? It says that it lowers some overall cost not sure how important / big an impact that maybe.
Lastly I would like to put in for the veteran tech again

I would like to ask - if we sign a contract with an advance of ~5 million CB or so - for the overall unit to buy my Lance that shiny Javelin in the unit market at 20% off. I seem to be missing one as it is.

Yes. Technically this is part of what the Unit CO can do; spend unit money to purchase a unit if a lance is short units and money (not parts; it's detailed in the rules doc). However, since I'm the CO and it's *my* unit, I want to put it to a vote first, to avoid conflict of interest issues.

OK, Operation THEMISCYRA is a go. Which means we get paid $6,818,667 CB up front.
If I'm allowed to purchase that Javelin, that will reduce the remaining advance money to $4,897,995 CB. I would not get a share of that advance split (essentially my share is the Javelin), leaving a total of 12 shares (7 other lances, 5 for the unit).
Each Lance would get $408,165 CB. The unit would get $2,040,825 CB.
If I can't do this, each lance would get $514,515. The unit would get $2,622,565.
Do I have the go-ahead on this?

What about the mech techs? Who is getting them? There has been 3 lances requesting techs. Ice, Bright, and Reaper for vet tech. Bright and Reaper for reg if vet tech if they don't get vet tech.

I was waiting to see if Bryan or Steve were going to participate. It *is* a holiday weekend, so I was planning on giving them until after July 5th.

Hi everyone, I'm back in town. In south Tennessee one can swim in the air. Yes, an additional tech would be nice. I will put in a request for the vet or the reg if the vet doesn't come through.

Unit adds: Signe Bjorg (Doctor, Elite). Deduct $25,000 CB for hiring bonus.
Unit adds: JVN-10N Javelin. Deduct $1,920,672 CB. Assigns to Fairchild Lance.
Ice Lance adds: Luke Cooper (Mech Tech, Male, Age 28, no other skills). Deduct $15,000 CB for hiring bonus.
Bright Lance adds: Marleen Rommel (Mech Tech, Female, Age 19, no other skills). Deduct $10,000 for hiring bonus.
Remember, Bright Lance gets to add their portion of the contract pay and advance money BEFORE having to pay the hiring bonus.
