Whelp I did this and immediately realized that I misread how Heat sinks work for this and that I can buy in bulk. Not that it would have mattered with how many of those rolls I failed. Ah well lessons learned.

That is correct, I misread her as a Vet and the guy above her as a heavy pilot. I'll take Yurik Zhevaikin instead if that's not an issue
