I have a set of the new city map pack. I also have city hex pack. Plus Rob I sent you a pm earlier.

As for the recruits, if the elite tech wasn’t clan knowledge I would say give them to Pilum. I’m ok giving new lance priority with the markets until they catch up a bit. I would also be ok with a chit and lottery for recruit. If a lance wants one specific recruit for themselves then chit for it.
