Depends. I need to get my admin to 3 so if I do end up reducing my pilot to 4 then I'd need 10 xp to make up the slack.

Bravo Company "Anvil"
Dragon (CO/Unit XO) - MAJ
Skaraborg - LTSG
Crusher - LTSG
Ice - LTSG

Charlie Company "Eyes"
Midnight (CO) - CPT
Freya - LTSG
Dancer - LTSG

Organization tweaked a bit to balance out player skill levels a bit more. This leads to a little more type casting in terms of Alpha=Fight, Bravo=Defend, and Charlie=Scout than I would like, but you can't have everything.

I tweaked Jons post to make it easier to tell who should be what rank.

Also remember, EVERYONE is supposed to have designated a Lance XO (rank: LT Junior Grade).  I'm pointing this out because I forgot to.  This matters because it affects salary, and contract payment is fundamentally based on the total unit salaries, multiplied by a bunch of things.

Incidentally, Jon, Freya Lance's XO is Natalie Boyle.
