Ok, we're going with ANGEL.  We'll be much better situated for future contracts after the completion of this one.  I understand the challenges for Devil.  The Guillotine was picked up with them in mind.  There were no obvious winners with this contract set, just ones with trade-offs.  Waiting another month was going to likely cause the loss of personnel and wouldn't guarantee something better.

So, with the decision of contract, the Unit is awarding Devil $4,000,000 C-Bills and arguably at least a couple of days to order materials and/or recruit additional lance personnel (with GM permission).  It is my intention as Unit commander to help ensure Devil is both viable post ANGEL as well as better situated.

Post ANGEL, Vanra is 2 jumps from CC worlds and just 4 from Capella, so we should have options to pull contracts from both the FWL and the CC including from a major CC world.

OK, pursuant to the "couple of days", you guys will depart New Earth on 7 November.  The final factory modifications ended on 4 November, so that seems like a reasonable time period.

Devil Lance, you get another crack at the November Marketplace if you want.  Pick up people if you want, and I'll backfill the roster on AtB.
