So question since we are going to be at a penalty due to Hats strategy being a 4 and hes bringing in a 5th. Is the +2 on turn for us as reinforcement happen after the minimum is applied or will the minimum be applied at the end of it.

So for this upcoming game as reinforcement, I would normally come in turn 2 due to min, turn 1 without (Walk at 5.5 rounded up+ 4 strat + 1 all units jump). So if applied at the beginning, it would be turn 3, turn 4 at end of calculation (after minimum turn applied).
