An account has been created for us to ensure funds are available to cover expenses such as maps, paints, website fees, keeping Drax in toys etc.

Some rules about the account:

All transactions through the account (both inbound and outbound) will be logged and noted for accounting purposes and to ensure the funds are being used correctly.  These books will be available upon request for review.

The accounts are not linked to either Robs or my own bank accounts.  They will also never be linked to credit cards.

Rob and myself are the only ones with the ability to move money in and out.  We are also the account administrators.  If either of us were to move on from CincyBT, that admins account will be removed and another added.

It was on my to-do list this time last year.  Tells you just how on the ball I am...

Primarily used to fund the website at this time but depending on what other engagements we have in the works it can be used to fund those such as acquiring new maps to replace worn out ones, supplies for the game itself that can come in handy etc.

If there's a payout *unless* we're doing it as a surprise for someone, it will be announced.  Either way all transactions are logged
