I'll purchase the Dodge SPA for 100 XP and raise my Sensor Operations skill to +3 for 50 XP.

Updated.  Make sure you note on your card tomorrow that melee attacks are at a +1 penalty to hit you due to Dodge.

Banzai spends 100 xp for increasing Edge attribute from 1 to 2.  He also spends 50xp to increase Tech/Mech skill from +2 to +3.
