In this case, I would normally assign priority to the 2nd Veteran Tech to Kong Lance, because only Fairchild and Kong Lances have their 3rd Tech be Green-rated.  However, Mike didn't ask and requested to hire Mr. Gallegos.  So, now that everybody has had a chance to chime in:

Meanwhile, assigning the Regular Tech doesn't particularly help or hurt any one lance specifically, so it may as well start as random.  If the same person gets the Regular as the Vet, I'll reroll; Mike only asked for the Vet.

Ah. 

Enable the GM Mode button (top right side) and click "add unit (GM)".  That will add the unit to your lance without costing money.

Don't sweat running the whole campaign in MegaMek, though.  A ton of that is just to ensure people are familiar with it in case I step down as GM.  All you should need as a player are spreadsheets for the Unit TO&E, a spreadsheet to keep track of your lance parts/money/personnel warehouse, and a copy of BMR and StratOps to make sure you can figure out repairs and customizations.  If you don't have the latter two in PDF, let me know and I'll PM you a link for download of the relevant sections.

I have the hardcopy of strat ops. I am unsure what BMR is. Also I did enable GM mode and it still came up with that issue. I just need to figure out how to buy the personnel.

I have all the rulebooks up to ATOW if that helps narrow down things.

And apparently there are rolls you need to make for my wingmen as well. I have decided now to catch up on everything while I was dealing with school the past few months. I have not gotten around to naming them however. We can talk about this back in my lance creation page if needed.

BMR = Battletech Master Rules
The part most people are using from BMR is the repair rules. We decided that we did not want to track mech quality and tech levels and reverted to the BMR repair rules. The big change from BMR to StratOps was to add the quality and tech ratings. You can use the StratOps repair rules by ignoring the quality and tech modifiers and add a flat +1 to the TNs. That accounts for mechs having a net +1 modifier through their quality and tech ratings and recreates the BMR difficulties.

They get the same thing everyone else gets: 1 Veteran and 1 Regular Tech.

The unit will be moving to the September Marketplace on SUNDAY, July 2nd.  If you have something you want to add or do prior to that, get it noted quick.
