If you're looking to join up as a PC, you should know that the next game is 15 July. That means you have until 30 June to have your units completely done, generated, and approved.
On 1 July, we're going to advance the timeline to "1 September, 3044". Anyone who has approval will officially join the unit on that date and you'll be able to take part in the September `44 marketplace (personnel, parts, vote on contracts, etc). Anyone who has not gotten approval will not have the opportunity to join the unit again until after the next contract is complete.
This will give us 2 weeks of logistics time prior to the game to do all the stuff leading up to the first fight of the contract.
Note: I may or may not be on an out of town theatre gig from June 30-July 3rd. If that turns out to be the case, I'll give an extension until July 5th...but I won't know that until the week of the 30th, so my strong recommendation is that you don't count on that happening and aim to have everything done by the 30th.
