Playing in a tourney @ Game Time that day. There is a De-escalation tourney starting @ 1250 pts. to 1000 to 750. Still have a few openings.

he does have other games like catan, pandemic

Well, it's "never mind" for me.  My wife volunteered to go in and do exra work on Saturday and I don't have child care, so I'll have to sit around the house waiting for the one time a month I actually get to go do my primary hobby.  Again.

Sorry I didn't respond earlier,  but we had plans to take the kids canoeing on the Little Miami that day.  Excellent plan,  put the kids in canoes for the first time ever,  and launch them onto a borderline flooded river.   ???

Everyone survived and had a good time. 

On the gaming front,  got together with some friends on Monday and played two rounds of Scythe.  Wow,  that is a very cool board game. Had an awesome time.
