FREYA: no assignment, has priority on Marketplace

UNIT: Marika Duncan, Regular, $1800, 12 XP, 25 yrs  (Unit gets this instead of Freya Lance because we MUST have at least 1 Doc); Unit has priority on next TWO docs after Freya
