Best location for special event?

I am looking to host a special event that will require a large enough venue to have about a 50'x50' area with hard floor (flat concrete, low seam tile, or really short/thin carpet). I would need it for a saturday with a couple hours of setup, say 8 or 9 AM start. The event would run from about 10 AM to somewhere in the 4 to 6 PM timeframe with an hour tear down afterward.

Does anyone have any recommendations for (affordable) venues in the area?

Community center near where I live.  Costs about $50 for the day... nevermind,  just saw you said 50x50. Pretty sure it's not that big,  that's huge.

Yeah, the size is kind of a pain. I will probably end up at a basketball court or something similar.
