Contract Market 1 September 3050
« on: April 21, 2019, 03:21:56 PM »

BECAUSE I CANNOT ADJUST THIS IN ATB, YOU HAVE ONLY TWO TRANSPORT RENEGOTIATION ROLLs FOR EACH CONTRACT
This is because one of your Elite Transport Admins has been assigned to assist purchasing a DropShip, assuming you fine one.

In this specific case, I'm going to let a little bit slide - the way I wrote the DropShip acquisition rules was intended to work like "you spend a Transport admin, pay month, work for a month, and on the 1st of the next month make your roll.  However, that kinda sucks given the way your timeline has broken down this time, so I'm counting the 3 weeks of August your spend on Sudeten as your first "month" of work, permitting a roll on 1 September.  Which will be in the next post.

When it says actual salvage is 15%, is there anything else we get or just flat 15?

That means if you pick up Clan gear, you get to keep Clan gear.  You don't have to turn it back in.

This is also why the percentage is so low.

I would be fine with the smoke jaguar raid. It is close and short. The others are far enough to eat a lot of time. I am also not in a big hurry to pass on this contract market.

OK, no DropShip was found.  Louis Vessy is not used, and you have your full complement of Renegotiation Rolls for Transport on this month's contract market.

Unless I can change all my rolls to rush jobs, Dragon would have to sit this set of contracts (3 of 6 are in factory outside the .75 due to poor rolls.) Even with the admin saving 1 to 4 days, I am in a bind.

We are not taking a contract in September. We will plan to look at the October contracts. Is there anyone who if their modifications fail won’t be ready for leaving by October 15th?  If not do your changes require a factory?  All 3 of mine had new XL engines of different ratings put in. If the extra +2 is a nice to have, we’ll take a contract in October if an appropriate one pops up.

For contracts, Clan salvage is not a priority for me at the moment given the difficulties in modification and maintenance. If enough folks want it, I’ll consider it. Also, when it comes to Clan tech and unit assignments, Scout lances have the worst of it. To balance, I will actively rotate Scout lances back after engagements when requested.

I’m open to other suggestions for balancing things as well.

Is this supposed to say "roll"?
