Skaraborg requests that the techs be assigned some kind of duty while on world.  They've been stealing snow globes again.

Granted. Please inform them that the unit’s Commando’s cockpit must function as a snow globe upon start up and movement.  It must be designed to have no negative impact on the pilot while piloting and a small house must be installed on the dash, that lights up and visible through the snow. They will pilot the mech during the demonstration. They will earn a bonus if the can meet all of the design criteria. There’s a little something extra in it for them if they make the house is particularly warm and inviting. All signs of snow must be cleaned up as part of shutdown.

Let me know if they still don’t feel sufficiently motivated.
