All,

I was reminded that I did not specify Admin support for the unit going into the Operation.  We have 4 HR Admins and 6 Logistic Admins that can be assigned to individual lances.  Scout duty necessitates field repairs, so HR Admins are assigned to all 4 lances in Alpha Company (Midnight, Dancer, Freya, Reaper).  For the Logistics Admins, all lances in Bravo and Charlie Company except Dragon are assigned one.  Dragon's CO has a high skill and all of Dragon's units are upgraded, lessening the need for a bonus for obtaining IntroTech equipment.

I will entertain requests for changes in the assignments based on need.
