Devil will provisionally chit for Krista Alexopoulos Reg Mech Tech. This is based on all units that are very short on techs right now.

Ok, I screwed up the last time around.  In general Devil has priority for techs with the exception of Elite.  Then we'll look at total # of Elite techs and roll off between any with the same #.

In terms of chits: Midnight and Phoenix are none.

Mission 5 is in June, so get chits in ASAP, please. I'd like to be able to post the June Marketplace.

Also as a reminder that all availability checks still suffer a +1 penalty, as 3 missions which count towards your contract score have not yet been victorious.

Somehow I messed up in transfering the lists over, and I tried to grab some of Paul's techs.

That being said, I will take both techs which brings me up to 5 total, a workable number.
