As an aside, I'm going to add a flat +4 dice to the checks to represent the magical assistance to CHA+NEG checks that I have to make; between sustaining a F8 Increase Cha on myself (or having a spirit do it...), plus all the wonky stuff I can do with Manipulation magic...it's just easier.
