We've had PC's be replaced mid campaign willingly before.  This is just to remind me to get it done.

Any idea what kind of character you'll bring in as a replacement?  We have a lance of heavy mechs that were being brought onto the board, so it would seem like a reasonable place to bring in the new character.

He'll be driving a Rifleman II that's been modified for jumping and more ammo (currently approved by GM) with an MOS of AA and Sensor/Comms work.  Possibly a Medic.

Odds are good that the new PC will not be in the next scenario, but will be included from there on out.  Orlov will likely be dealing with administrative tasks during the fight (keeping guard on prisoners, etc).

I'm too busy with RL concerns right now to think about what to do with Orlov during the downtime.  Rob, handle it as you see fit.
