Does the new boxed set include a full version of the rulebook, just in soft-cover? Also, is the new rulebook going to include punch-out templates as back-cover insert or something?

I believe the forums state that the templates are a separate buy. Most are going to make their own.
The new box set, I am pretty sure that it includes a soft cover rule book.
