I want to leave as late in June as possible. It will depend on when AtB says we have to leave to make the arrival for the contract. Hopefully Rob will chime in with the date.

Looking at the contract date start and the days of travel, looks like we would have to leave June 1st to make it there on time. Unless I am reading too far into things. Is the number of days(jumps) based off our location or the contract origin location?

The contract start date assumes you accept the contract immediately on 1 June.  It will auto-adjust the contract start date to correspond with the day you actually accept the contract, out to (IIRC) the 15th of the month.

So if you don't accept the contract until 10 June, the contract start date won't be until 9/3/3045 (a 10-day adjustment).  Does that make sense?

So the latest we can accept the contract and lift off to make the contract date is June 15th? If so, consider the marching order given. Factory refits will need to complete with 75% of time on planet by the 14th. Accept and lift on the 15th. Hit the jump point on the 30th and be on our way to the great CC and whatever surprises it may hold.

Since we will be in transit for nearly, assuming all our business is concluded, Should we just add everything for the months of July, Aug, and Sept in terms of wealth and xp rolls?

When the timeline advances, yes. Don't forget to pay your bills for those 3 months as well.
