For reference, I will veto the crap out of any UrbieMod which messes with the engine rating (aside from the 3050 refit that takes it to a 3/5/3 profile).  Give it IJJs?  Fine.  Give it 10 mechanical jump boosters?  Fine.  Strap a gauss rifle and an XXL in there?  Fine.  But the Urbie is the one place in this game where I will defend the *spirit* of the Mech unto death.  The Urbie is SLOW.

You'll need to hold off until Midnight formally joins the unit.  New PC lances are added in between contracts, so assuming we wrap this contract up on the 14 April game date, your lance would join up on 11/03/3045.  Once you've joined up and we've adjusted the Dragoons Rating, THEN I'll generate contracts for November (adding a lance messes with all the numbers).

You'll still likely get a doc in November, or worst case you'll have priority on hiring one when future NPC lists are generated.  Don't sweat it too much - you aren't going to get pitched in to a major fight without a chance to hire some medical support.

(We have to kind of be assholes about enforcing the timeline because it *does* affect how missions and contracts are generated in the computer program.)
