I would say that in going to avoid the Lams as tempting as that is to what to try

Depending on how things go in next mission I want a chit for either the guillotine or ostroc

Moving components is a Class C refit.  In terms of base time I would think either Replacement "weapons and other equipment" or more likely Repairs "Internal structure (per location)" with the thresholds being based on total crits moved (up to 3 = 1/4, up to 7 = 1/2, up to 10 = 3/4 and 11 or more = > 3/4).  Not in the rules that I saw, so would require Rob to weigh in.

Changes involving endo-steel are one of the things the current rules handle poorly in general. This is an area we discussed with Xotl as needing explicit clarification/errata.
