Ok, I forgot to look at the repairs that needed to be done before doing the customization.  They take 2460 minutes (5.125 days) minus removing the PPC, ML and 2 SHS as they were destroyed, so we'll call it 5.  This shifts the date the Marauder is ready to August 7th.  All of the repair rolls are TN: 2, so there's no chance of a different date.

I had been thinking that if I needed to fully swap locations (move JJ from a torso to a leg replacing a heat sink) that it would count as a removal and an add.  I've been told that still counts as just a move and therefore a Class C refit requiring a maintenance facility.  That being the case ignore the modification to the Marauder below.
