Maint window - May 24 - 25

As a heads up, i'll be looking at doing some work on the boards over those two days.  I'll be making a backup of the boards database on Friday May 24th at noon.

Its possible depending on how the path looks that we'll be doing some SMF upgrades as well, as the boards are a taad out of date.

In addition, some boards will be moved around, and the like.  Some of the other boards haven't seen use in about 5 years or so for example...

Hey, I love that we used to have an RPG group that ran concurrently and stole space on this board.  Yah, I think some updates are desperately needed.

The work for *tonight* is complete.

Notes:
TimberwolfD promoted to full admin
Several older boards were archived down in the admin area
Inactive campaigns were moved to an area that is viewable by the public except for the WOB/Coalition subboards.
