Current status:
Wolfhound sold

Modifications complete on following mechs:
Awesome 11/24/53
Shadow Hawk 10/17/53
Phoenix Hawk 10/17/53
Firestarter 11/17/53
Marauder 12/25/53
Tech Kang promoted to elite tech [is and clan].

Retirement rolls complete.  No personnel leaving.

Tech Kang rolled 12 for Marauder xl engine installation.  Please generate positive quirk.

Dancer techs request access to factory to repair neg quirk on Phoenix Hawk (unstable).  GM please contact Dancer actual for consultation.

Dancer One is currently working with tech Revanna White on emergency communication code system based on animal communication.

Rob: Ryan got a negative quirk on his first Panther Customization.  Work done:

Replace SRM-4 CT with ML
Replace SL CT with ML
Remove SRM-4 Ammo LT
Replace Case LT with DHS
Add DHS RT

Rob: We talked on the phone about the unit being able to buy GDL Standard and Scout BA at the rate of 1 squad of 4 per month (5 needed for a platoon - 4 squads, plus 1 squad spare equipment), but I don't remember the cost per suit.

My apologies.  I have mis-interpreted the rules for customization/repair parts.
Talking with Rob, my modifications to Marauder have not happened and I have succeeded in ordering an engine on 12/5/53 which will arrive before liftoff from Capella.  I will await the next factory stop for modifications.  As such, tech Kang does not gain 14 xp and will remain vet tech for time being.

Given that the quirk was obtained through a customization, is it permissible to use additional factory time to attempt to remove it at the listed costs and TNs?  I expect so, but just want to confirm.

Yes; the attempt to remove can start the day after the initial customization completed.

All,

Currently we have 4 HR and 4 Logistics Admins.  We also have 4 companies, so my plan is to allocate 2 Admins / company.  Priority for HR will go to those in Scout roles as repair TNs are harder and the extra time more likely useful.  I've provided an initial assignment below.  company commanders are empowered to request changes in assignments.  There are also 2 Mech repair vehicles.  Those will go to lances in Scout.  If 2 companies are assigned to Scout, lances assigned a repair vehicle will not also be provided an Admin.  Preference will be provided to lances that do not have a Clan Tech to offset the mixed tech penalty for one mech of the lance.  As a reminder, the vehicle is assigned to a single mech for the duration of the contract.  For this contract, these are assigned to Midnight's Black Knight and 1 mech of Wolverine's choice.

Wolverine: Please provide the mech you want the vehicle assigned to.

Otherwise assignments are below.

Logistics  (-1 to IntroTech Availability TNs)

HR  (each Tech gains +30 extra Repair minutes per day)

Freya lance changes along with all April marketplaces have been added to the Unit TO&E file stored in the Complete Unit TO&E Thread (30540401).  This includes all of the assignments to vehicles and is already sorted alphabetically per section by name.
