Mech sheets: All printed
Elemental sheets: Not sure what elemental is what using people names and not elemental variants
Mapsheets: All accounted for, someone should bring an extra desert 1 (in extension grasslands 1) as well, just in case.

Deadly, by any chance do you still have all this lined up?

Rob, will you have all the opfor and Comstar mechs or will you need us to help provide them? Also, do you have enough tables and chairs or do you need us to some?

Should. Will just need to find the book that has the map sheets. Still need to know what elementals we need. They are not in mml.

I can donate two card tables.  My third one is finished

OK, I've heard back on all the relevant info, now it's time to buckle down.

Paul, please confirm by Thursday that you have all the sheets.  If I haven't heard from you be Thursday evening, I'll print everything.

Dan, yes I will need those 2 card tables.  Thank you.  Please post their height from floor to top of table.

Mike/Logan,  the answer is yes, in the 3rd scenario.

Anyone, I will need 2 additional card tables.  Ideally ONE of those tables will match the height Dan posts.  The other is a staging table and it just needs to exist.  Please post to confirm you're bringing something.

Anyone, I'd like to get 3-4 additional folding chairs brought, please.  There are several on-site, but not sufficient seating for everyone. Please post to confirm.

All PC players, doublecheck that you have your minis and that you have your record sheets.

EVERYONE, let me tell you about how Saturday is going to work.  My parents will be in the house for part of that day (one of them will be taking Elessar to a violin recital at ~10-12 that wasn't scheduled until after we locked this date in).  My parents are currently providing what is effectively hospice care for an extremely elderly relative in their home.  She is functionally bed-ridden and is housed on the ground floor, the same where we'll be playing.  Therefore, you'll need to know the following things:
1) All entry/exit from the house must be through the garage.  It will be open.  Enter the house and enter the kitchen, then turn immediately left.
2) Several portals in the house are going to have curtains hung from them, for noise attenuation and for her privacy purposes.  Please don't mess up the hanging curtains.
3) We are restricted to *only* the ballroom on the ground floor, and to the spaces in the basement leading to the bathroom.
4) Masks are 300% required for play while we're on the ground floor.  If you want to take your mask off, you need to be in the basement workspace or on the deck outside the ballroom.
5) Expect me to be very tired and not up for a lot of small talk prior to game.  Given the lack of any other work in my actual field until 2022 or later, I am currently working at UPS on a 10pm-3am shift, M-F.  Which means that I'll have driven from the 71-75 split up to my parents, fallen into bed, and gotten roughly 4 hours of sleep by the time you people show up.
6) We have an absolute hard stop at 6pm, up to and including in the middle of a turn, because like an idiot, I agreed to help fill out the roster for a hockey team that has a game at 6:45.

Looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday.

I have 2 folding chairs and 2 folding tables that are 2x5 ft, probably not compatible with Dan's tables. But can be used as other areas for dice rolling and or staging.

Like I said before, maps and all mech sheets sans elementals. I will not be there however. So all items being brought will be through Brandon for this session.

Sheets: If Brandon can confirm by Thursday night that he's gotten them all from Deadly, I would expect that qualifies as confirmed.  If not, I will print and then confirm here that they are printed.  As an additional note, I've printed off the Elemental Point for Trinary Delta, Delta Nova which Deadly had mentioned he did not have.

Card Tables: I have a card table that's 27.75" tall by 33.5" square.  I'll check on a couple of others later tonight.

Folding chairs: I can bring 4 matching folding chairs.  Given that Mike mentioned he's got a couple, please let me know how many you'd like me to bring.

Minis: Confirmed and PC lance printed.

Rules of the House: Confirmed.

Are mini's accounted for?  Do we need to bring any?

I have additional folding chairs.

Parking plan?  Car-pooling?

Ok, I am picking up 2 27.5 inch tall card tables from my mom and will also bring 27.0" tall x 40" round card table and 30" tall x 2' x 4' folding work table for staging.

I'm out of town currently and won't be returning until Friday at 2300.  I can run the tables down in the morning but I don't know what the dimensions are.  A bit less than 4ftw by about 6ft long.

Table update. I have 2 2 ft x 4 ft folding and a 29 inch x 6 ft folding (which bows in the middle). All are 29 inch tall. I believe I can fit them and 2 folding chairs in car and still be able bring Logan and Lucas ;D

All right, thank you.

Everyone, new request from hosts.  Please do not park in the driveway.  There is street parking all around, and it's functionally a cul-de-sac, so there's almost no traffic.  My folks will have to leave around 1000 hours, and will return around 1200, so the driveway needs to stay clear.  All entry will be through the garage, which will be open.

All miniatures are confirmed for Com Guard and OPFOR.  There is a single proxy: evidently I've lost my only Lancelot.  A ComGuard colored Rifleman will be the proxy.

Reminder to everyone:

Double-check your stuff.  Make sure damage is off the record sheets, make sure your pilot skills/XP/customs are up to date.  Check that you're bringing all your minis and your correct record sheets.  We'll need movement dice and playing cards.  It's been a while, and things have a tendency to migrate when not in regular use.

See everyone bright and early.
