From MekHQ, it's a variant from Record Sheets TRO 3039.  Introduced in 3051.  15 DHS, 10 tons armor, standard engine, 4/6/4, and with a PPC in the RA, the usual quad mediums and SRM6, and adds an extra SRM4 in the head.  All SRM ammo is in the RT.
