Freya is going to put a chit in for *a* Veteran Mech Tech, but I haven't decided whom yet. 

Also, strongly suggest the unit pick up Ms. Ramage and consider promoting her ASAP to head of our BA company if her skills support it, and probably both BA Techs.

Notes: Ms. Ramage would make the 2nd Veteran BA Pilot.  If skills warrant she will be promoted ahead of Lt. Lalanne.
Adding Ms. Wang would bring us to 6 BA Techs including Ms. Riske (1 Vet, 4 Reg, 1 Green).  Certainly will add Ms. Riske, but think that holding open an extra spot would make more sense for another Vet or Elite.

For those that were wanting to buy LRM incendiaries, they are available as of now in FWL space. Swarms are also available in Fed Com space this year as well.
Fragmentation SRM and LRM missiles also available as of 3050 in FWL as well.

As there are 4 and there are 4 lances requesting, each should expect to get one.  Brandon, you'll need to figure out if you have a preference between the two techs.  Will sort out the Marketplace here in the next few days, so any final chits get them in.

Ok, we're resolving the Marketplace with current chits, in game effective date of Feb 13.  Anyone may come back for another pass at the February Market, but the following individuals are claimed.  

For the Veteran Mech Techs, there were 4 lances requesting and 4 available techs.  I'd missed that both Ice and Freya had put in for the same tech.  So, the unspoken for one  went to Skaraborg.  Midnight's wasn't otherwise requested.  I've assigned Ice's second choice and left Freya his primary.  They are at this point identical beyond the fact that Natalie is 1 year younger than Felicia and given the ages are 21 and 22, all but identical anyway.  Any comments or complaints, fire away.

FYI, I fucking HATE this new AtB version where the font is bolded and the background is greyed out ALL the time, on EVERY theme selection.  It's ugly and it makes my eyes hurt.
