Skaraborg requests one of the two veteran techs.  Reason: need to train one current tech to work on Clan equipment.

I’m fine with you requesting one of the Vet Techs. I haven’t heard anything about being able to train them on Clantech beyond special GM provided circumstances.

My understanding was that it was a one off for Dancer, and only 1 tech.  I'd be happy to be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's the way it worked.  If you can't train them for Clantech did you still want one?
