May as well get this up early, given we only have 36 mech bays with 13 lances. With the amount of damage several lances have taken in mission 5, and with the high likelihood of massive damage in mission 6, mech bays will be given to mechs with the most need to be repaired first. Do all your repairs (if you wish, given the lack of time between 5 and 6) by the 11th and post which mechs are fully repaired and which ones still need repairs. Salvage mechs will NOT take a slot, regardless of how many slots are open. Those in mission 6, please update your status on mechs condition. Once reinforcements are chose and locked in, every other lance add your info at your earliest convenience.
An addendum to this. Will guarantee 2 bays per lance, unless one lance wishes to relinquish a slot to help another mech to be repaired, with 8 slots open for still damaged mechs.
Post mission steps (barring anything GM added:)
1. Liftoff back to St Ives for repairs on 2/14 and catch up on personnel (if needed,) will take suggestions to other planets (w/in 2 jumps of current position)
2. Get doc sheets updated for all mechs and customizations input for updated TO&E. Maybe split March for first week post mission then April market with contract market after.
3. Take a contract in April to avoid retirement rolls for May passing.
Paladin need not make retirement rolls, given they were only with unit for one contract, as a friendly reminder. CO will most likely start on retirement rolls for unit personnel not in mission prior to mission for ease of planning. Some personnel will retire and will have list ready prior to game date.
