Fixed.  AtB kept crashing when I tried to hire the guy, so I built him by hand and just got the stats wrong.

Ok, apologies.  I missed the fact that Spectre picked up a new doctor in the January Marketplace as it was around our vacation.  It was not Ryan's intent to pick up a second doctor.  Fire had expressed an interest and is welcome to her.  If correcting this isn't possible, Spectre will pay both the bonus for hiring as well as for separation.  Let me know how you want to handle it.
