Thread seen.  I'm at work and don't have AtB here, so I'll gen the pilots ASAP when I get home tomorrow morning and post them up.  I'll also start an OOB Thread for your lance, and I'll make you a mod in that subforum, so you can upkeep your lance's personnel cards as needed.

And your lance leader card.  Note that AtB doesn't handle Marksman/Sharpshooter SPAs (there's about a half-dozen it doesn't handle), so those won't appear on the cards when someone gets them.

Oh, and finally, you're considered to join the Rangers *immediately* (11/18/3060), which means that you can look through and hire from the November Marketplace for additional MechWarriors, Techs, and Doctors.
