What's on your work table?
« on: April 26, 2011, 02:05:22 PM »

It's been quiet in here for awhile, what are you guys working on lately?

I just have one mini underway. I'm painting a MWDA P-Hawk in an Arkab Legion desert camo pattern. I'm trying the Spaceman Spiff method of drybrishing layers over black primer and I'm pretty sure one will no confuse my painting for his :)  And at my current pace, I may finish the thing by Christmas. Meanwhile, untold minis wait upon me like the misfit toys did in Rudolf the Rednose Reindeer.

Painting a Stooping Hawk in Blood Spirits, Sigma Galaxy; ShadowHawk for Freedom Theater Militia, and another that I can't remember right now.
edit: Home now and the mini I couldn't remember is a Goliath for the 5th Galedon Guards.

59 Clan minis and a point of elementals for Origins, the finishing touches of a Shadow Hawk for the Apocalypse Rising campaign, a Warhammer Fantasty Dwarf Army (130-ish minis, including 2 cannons with scenic bases and an Organ Gun) that I've been working on in my spare time, and a half-dozen UrbanMechs to convert into the nuclear variant to hand out to various CGL people at GenCon.

That enough?   :P

Rob, if that's all actually "on your work table", you need to get a smaller table.  ;)

I'm finishing up a Griffin GRF-2N for the AR campaign, and hope to post it tonight if I can get enough light for good pictures.

I also need to finish up my O-Bakemono for DC's 1st Ghost, and I've got a few squads of Longinus BA, a Flea, and a Hermes to finish up for the Regulan Hussars.

Next, I may paint up a Taurian unit or two for occasional use in the AR campaign.

Right now, I'm dealing with the Chameleon for the SL campaign, and a few assorted mechs to finishing putting in WoB white.  I also have a couple dozen warmachine figures to paint, and a Clan star that has been sitting there for a year now waiting for me to decide what to paint them.

My "work table" encompasses two desks in an L-shape and a dozen shelves.  Trust me, there's room.   ;)

Finishing up 2 jacks for WM, with a 3rd to do along with a unit of rangers.  Also have a lance or two of mechs + tons BA to paint up when I figure out what scheme to use, and when I find one a Crab for AR.

Yottaquest has one in stock.  Not so much on the Talon and Sentinel combo Brett and I need to produce at some point.

I would post, but everything I paint right now if for camospecs submission. I have a submission in and am waiting to be turned down. I have most of my next submission lined up. ( Just in case )  ;)

I've got Dan on that - he's having to stop back by IWM in the VERY near future to get the Origins Mechs that they forgot to give us the first time.

And I'd post the Origins stuff I'm working on...but I honestly don't know if I'm allowed to post them publicly or not.

I'll bring cash this week then so I can reimburse Dan for minis and gas.
