Rob, have you given any thought to the SLDF Weapons Lab (where Banzai worked)---it's location (on Earth or not) and whether it might be possible to contact?

Rob, I love all the inventive ways you're trying to get me. :)  Let me ask you, in the rules is there a minimum number of levels to which the LAM can climb that can avoid the ground explosion of said dive bombs?  (Just thought of this and won't get a chance to look at TW until after work)

Blast effects are either a variable number of levels high (artillery) or hit everything in the hex, regardless of elevation.  If you were in a low-altitude hex (flying), you wouldn't be in a ground hex and thus not be subject to the blast damage.  Given that you were the only areospace unit on the PCs side, it's not surprising that you were a target, since you were the only thing capable of engaging them on "even" terms.

However, TacOps Artillery works differently, so I'm clarifying over on CBT.com's rules boards.  It's an interesting question.

I know it has only been a few days since the game, do we know what salvage there may be and what kind of supplies did we find in the depot?

We have the burnt husks of a couple of mechs.  There is stuff in the facilities, and I am waiting on word as to how much WP we extract.

I know for sure w got 100 wp from the mechs we could salvage and we got at least a jackrabbit and griffin in pretty good condition unsure of if we could fix up the crockett the marauder was wasted pretty much but it was still turned over to SLDF so it is technically still a marauder.

There is also technically a quad set of Vedettes, but have had some interior redecoration done on them...

Sorry guys, I got cast in The Avengers yesterday, so I'm dealing with a trip of Cleveland for shooting all next week.  BT will be on hold until I get back.

Mission rewards:
30 XP per participating PC
100 WP from salvage
700 WP from warehouses
You have a Jackrabbit that can be salvaged and a Griffin.  Other Mechs are effectively beyond repair.  These Mechs may be assigned to PCs or NPCs as you see fit.

You may refuel Areospace Fighters for 10 WP per fighter.  All other WP costs remain as published.  You have time to choose up to TWO (2) Mechs for which you can make Engine and/or Gyro repairs, due to the short time you have before enemy units airdrop on top of you in Battalion+ strength (you need to be gone by the time they get there).

You may make modifications to either the Griffin or the Jackrabbit.  These modifications may only involve weapon swaps.  A weapon swap may involve a weapon or ammo bin only.  The cost will be x3 the WP cost of the new weapon or weapons (so adding a large laser would be 15 WP), and adding or subtracting an ammo bin would be 5 WP per ammo critical modified.  This may be done on ONE (1) Mech only (also due to time).  You have access to pretty much any TW-tech SLDF weapon equal to or under 10 tons.

Finally, you can ask questions of the prisoners.  Due to time constraints (I'm assuming you don't want to take them with you...if you do there'll be less food and water room for everyone else) you can ask one question per Interrogation roll.  The TN will scale upwards per question (and be modified based on the question...so asking extremely detailed questions right off to take advantage of a low TN is right out) until you miss a roll.  You'll then be out of time to question that prisoner.  You have, I believe, two prisoners available...a Lieutenant (LT Melissa Kim) and a Sergeant (SGT James Mardsen).  The lieutenant is mildly wounded, the sergeant is heavily concussed.  I'll do the interrogations the week after next once I'm back in town.

I'll be able to answer general campaign questions tomorrow night, very briefly, and then I'm gone till 8/28.

Rob, does this mean per PC on board, or per PC physically present present?  This comes down to if we get WCP for Brent's PC.

Also, is the 100 WCP for the devistator being stripped, as we never got WCP for that action?

Per PC on the board.

That does not include the Devastator, which will give you 25 WP.

Finally, there are 2 NPCs who are in a shape to be questioned (one with no pilot hits but whom fell a lot, 1 with 4 pilot hits, and one with 5 pilot hits).  If you want to question the guy with 5 hits, you can...but there might be consequences for him.  Normal SOP would involve waiting for him to heal a bit first before you started talking, and you don't have time for that.

The next game will be on 9/10/11.

Having chatted with Brett, Joanna and Marshall are probably going hunting. Fresh meat will help stretch our rations and Canada is lousy with moose and elk.

Combination of Survival and Small Arms should work for that. Assuming command doesn't countermand.
