Don't worry overmuch.  Look over the areotech quickstart rules I posted; that'll get you through 90% of the game.  It's actually simpler than BattleTech "proper", and WAY simpler than flying ASFs in an atmosphere.

So, just wanted to say, thanks for an awesome game!  I had a fantastic time on Saturday, and I'm already looking forward to the next opportunity to play some AT!

I convinced my daughter to play a quick game of Congress versus Congress (mine: 5/5, hers: 4/4) and she agrees that it's easier than actual BattleTech.  So I'm working on training some more OpFor for next time.

When can we expect an update on our unit for the next scenario?  Thanks!

I too would like to say that I enjoyed the game, while I was able to be there. This is contrary to what Brian might think. I don't mind playing the game on a limited basis. It is a good change of pace. Well done, Rob.

IIRC we left with John's royal PHawk, Brent's royal Champion, Phil--your royal Ost, Rob's royal ShadHawk, my LAM, the WHM-7A, Andy's royal Eagle ASF, & Bryan's royal Griffin.  I am not sure about Travis' Crab, but I think we left it (the royal one was destroyed).  I am sure we left Mike's Chameleon.  Did I miss anything?

My griffin did not get brought along, royal crab had been destroyed, and we did not salvage the other crab if I remember right

That all sounds right.  I've got the list we created at the game, so I'll check it when I get home.
