Turian heads can probably be adapted from Kroot in the Tau army of the 40k range.  The body?  I dunno.  The Taurian body style is incredibly distinctive, and I can't figure anything else offhand which looks like it.  Heck, I'm almost willing to pair up 40K space marine bodies (no backpack) with lizardmen or converted kroot heads.  These Infinity Yaogat seem all right if we can't get anything else to work, since all I'd have to do is trim back their head spines, but...
