Rob, I noticed that one of our objectives is to preserve the defenses.  Would it be possible to make an on board sensor op check to id defenses that could both be disabled quickly and repaired easily?

Yes there will.  You'll note the scenario rules are marked "incomplete".  I've got edits to make still.
